BLS Provider Certification_Blended learning Course: Upon completion of this registration you will be emailed a Heart Code BLS provider link. This course will need to be completed prior to the date you select for your skills test. Please note, There is a survey at the end of your online course that must be completed to obtain your completion certificate. Once you obtain your completion certificate, print this and bring it with you to your hands on skills test at Life EMS Ambulance Education Center.

The Hands on Skills Test is mandatory to obtain your BLS Certification. Upon completion of this hands on skills, Life EMS Ambulance Traning Center will assign your BLS provider card and you will receive an email to claim your e-card from the American Heart Association.

*Skills testing is approx. 40 mins in duration, you will complete this in a group setting. We have built in time for practice and questions prior to the hands on portion of the skills practical.
